Horseradish

This condiment goes great with the Standing Rib Roast that I also posted.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 Cup Horseradish root, peeled and grated
  • 1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1 cup sour cream

Directions

Whisk together all ingredients. Refrigerate for several hours before serving.
